This error means your computer couldn't establish a connection with
debian.ustc.edu.cn:80. It probably means that server is down either
temporarily or permanently. I reccomend updating your sources.conf file
with a few more servers to prevent this from happening.
www.linuxquestions.org might be able to help in that regard.
