In your home directory run "grep -lir evolution *" which will give you a
good idea of where it keeps all it's related files. On my machine, as
well as .evolution there is stuff in .gconf/apps/evolution and various
other directories. I think .gconf/app/evolution is probably the
directory you will be most interested in.
