Learn postgresql and php5 and do ist yourself ;-)

Use 'mutt', which can handle without any problems 7.000.000
Messages and mailboxes of 540.000 Messages (LKM).

This is my own statistic from my system.

Oh yes, I have ALL of my messages not only in Maildir, but
paralel in my PostgreSQL (one table per mailinglist).
