Sorry, I should have been more specific.  I'm using the stock Debian
2.6.13-1-k7 kernel.  2.6.11-1-k7 worked fine with it, so it seems
strange that 2.6.13-1-k7 doesn't.  Should I post a message to the
kernel devel list?
