X11 error on Sarge
When i run xscreensaver-demo and some other applications i get errors
like this on the terminal from which i ran it:
Xlib: extension "XFree86-DRI" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "XFree86-DRI" missing on display ":0.0".
I think this has something to do with 3D support, though i'm fairly new
to configuring X11 for 3D graphics and so am not certain. If anyone has
ideas on how to fix it, please let me know. I am including my
/etc/X11/XF86Config-4 below.
I posted on this issue earlier this month (search for subject
"xscreensaver-demo crashing on Sarge") but got no response. Thanks in
advance for any assistance.
