It may have already been specified before but try gnu httptunnel its quick and simply and you can tunnel almost anything. Also most firewalls are also content based, so an admin may filter it and may catch you doing it. Try tunnelling via DNS most people don't notice it, though its not as 'well done' as gnu httptunnel is.
