apt-get and synaptic error

Hi,
  i'm trying to get the sysem updated using apt-get (or its interface 
synaptic). Today however i get this problem whenever i run apt-get update:
This is and example with the alioth kde packages but it's the same with 
every other repository that i have in /etc/apt/sources.list. Obviously 
it is not a problem of the various sites since i've controlled them via 
web interface.
