That doesn't exist its

deb http://people.debian.org/~dexter/ php5 sid
deb-src http://people.debian.org/~dexter/ php5 sid

I have it running on my server (testing) works fine, sometimes it does
break due to the package difference's between sarge/sid.
After you have updated your sources just apt-cache search php5, install
the packages you would normally use
