wlan 802.11 driver for netgear usb adapter MA111 (0x846/0x4110)

Pals,

Would somebody have had experience with Netgear USB adapter MA111
(vend/prod: 0x846/0x4110)?

I run kernel 2.4.18. After some kernel-compiling, installing of
linux-wlan drivers, configuring, checking of stats and a lot of
web-searching, I've diagnosed that I do not have the right driver.
Everything else seems healthy!

- usb device is recognised (lsusb)
- wifi wlan configs are enabled in kernel configuration
- driver-specific configs are alright too (modules.conf)

I tried linux-wlan-ng version 0.2.0 and the driver (prism2_usb) failed
to identify the device. I've enquired at the drive mailing list too.
If you know the version of driver that'll fit the bill, please do let
me know.
