We already have those sections:

http://lists.debian.org/users.html
I find the documentation page great. But support menu/pages are a bit
awkward.
With the granularity we have regarding mailing list, we don't really need
more categories. Only they are not easely accessible when usin the site
for the first time (when the well known layout in web forum )
