I'm sincerely thinking about uploading it to my ISPs webserver, but I
REALLY need to check for the bandwidth limit first because I have some
sites running that really need to stay online =)

Just curious: How is it possible to limit access to a domain from only
one country? AFAIK IPs aren't ordered by country and I can't think of
another reliable way to permit ANYONE from the target country to get in
whilst denying everyone who is connected from somewhere else.
