I reply myselfProblem was in udev. Upgrading to unstable udev (0.056-1) makes lilo + lvm2 work again!
Thanks, this helped me alot. I have now found a workaround that did the trick for me. That was do to "rm -f /dev/dm-*" after that lilo works again, and no reboot was necessary.
