It seems as though the oldest 2.6.x kernel-source package available for Debian is 2.6.8. I want to install VMware but it seems that it won't work with kernels newer than 2.6.4. Where do I get Debian sources for older 2.6.x kernels?

thanks

You can compile your own kernel using source from kernel.org.(eg. using make-kpkg - RTM)
I've same problem with VMware,I just use 2.4.29 kernel :)
