I don't know if it's still the case on the sarge CDs because I'm blessed
with a 64 kbps dial-up connection but the woody CD1 also had floppy
images on it, so you could just create boot floppies with rawrite or dd.
There's even a windows version of rawrite on it, so if you haven't
conformed to the IMHO brain-dead practice of not having floppy drives in
"modern pcs" anymore you should be okay.
