If you want to use the Nvidia drivers, you may find 
http://home.comcast.net/~andrex/Debian-nVidia/ helpful.  The 
alternative, as Gnu-Raiz said, is to use the open-source nv driver.  I 
don't have any instructions posted yet about that, but it probably just 
amounts to putting a line

Driver "nv"

in the right place in /etc/X11/XF86Config-4, and restarting your X 
server (or rebooting your host).
