4 minutes is a bit much for a Intel i810 TCO.  Weird.

You have to also disable all other watchdogs (including the software one),
as you can only have one of them active at the same time (which IS a stupid
restriction, but...).

If it is a i810 TCO (and you certainly have one of those in that
motherboard, but the BIOS-driven watchdog might be an extra one), you just
need the i810 TCO driver enabled, and the watchdog package talking to
/dev/watchdog.
