need help with tftp server

My tftp server is not working properly.  To test it, I did:

netstat -an | grep LISTEN | grep 69

My output was this:

unix 2   [ACC]   STREAM   LISTENING   697    /tmp/.X11-unix/XO

I'm told it should look something like this:

tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:69                0.0.0.0:*        LISTEN


How do I fix?
