who -uH is working to a fashion in that it did give a time as 00:01 for hsrai. When time becomes over 24 hours, 'old' is substituted. I think, if wtmp is null'd, it no longer has a login time or last activity time to calculate idle time, so you get '?'. Although this last part could be wrong. -mk
