Packaging doubt
Hi,
I'm creating a package that replaces via control file a file from the package
LOGIN
Pre-Depends:login
Replaces:login
the file that I replace is /etc/pam.d/su .. but when the package LOGIN is
upgraded DPKG returns an error because the file /etc/pam.d/su belongs to my
package.
So i'd like to know how to force upgrade without changing the file, or how to
force LOGIN upgrade forcing the upgrade file and the making my package
replacing it again.
When I had fixed login version:
Pre-Depends: login (=1:4.0.3-30.9)
my package was removed by DPKG!!!
