[Slightly OT] Any artists out there ? Need photo retouch for pro Debian speech :)

I am totally inept using any graphic/artistic tool from a pencil to the 
GIMP :(

I would like to alter a picture of Hamlet holding the skull in the 
famous "To be or not to be" Shakesperian piece to introduce a lecture I 
should give on the benefits of Debian GNU/Linux opposed to Windows.

Have two ideas:

1) Subsituting the skull with Tux the Penguin
2) Susbstituting the actor's face with Bill G.

Any takers ???
