[OT] Automatically extracting attachments from Maildir

I need to

1. Automatically fetch mail (easy with fetchmail or even Thunderbird)
2. Weekly extract from all mails (stored in Maildir format) sent from
a specific sender the pdf attachments and save them, inserting the
mail subject in the filename.

Do you know some debianized tools to do such things?
