MIDI softsynth, was: no audible midi output

Found out the problem myself, just didn't know really what to look for i
guess. The problem was that of course the onboard sound chip doesn't
have a hardware wavetable for midi and since alsa/oss don't have a
softsynth built-in I needed to have one installed.

So I apt-got timidity and freepats, now when I run it in alsa sequencer
client mode (timidity -iA -B2,8 -Os -q0/0 -k0) as it says in
README.alsaseq.gz of the timidity docs everything is working just fine.
