Anyone seen this lately ?

When I want to exit TB the window will not disappear immediately and I
get a popup saying something "windowish" like "the application is not
responding" but after a couple of seconds the application closes as
expected.

TB (1.0 20050116 from sid pkg) connects to my ISP IMAP server and my
desktop is an hybrid GNOME/KDE/FVWM desktop.

Yes, but I have 3 IMAP accounts with a total of about 60 folders, all
which must be purged on exit... So it's not really an issue. It's just
an anxious window manager wanting to shut 'er down quickly.

I use Courier-IMAP on the server end of things.

Daryl,
Courier & Thunderbird conflict over connections per IP. Courier has a hard limit and Thunderbird ignores refusals for connections below its hard limit. Make sure the connections setting in Thunderbird conforms to your Courier MAXIPPER
