package shows no version number.
Hi,
I just tried to update wxPython to release 2.5.
First I did apt-cache search wxPython - the output
pythoncard-tools - wxPython-based GUI construction framework (optional
development tools)
wx2.5-examples - wxWidgets Cross-platform C++ GUI toolkit (examples)
wxpython2.5.3 - wxWidgets Cross-platform C++ GUI toolkit (wxPython
common files)
wxwin2.4-examples - wxWindows Cross-platform C++ GUI toolkit (examples)
So, then i did apt-get install wxpython. After it completed
dpkg -l wxpython

||/ Name Version Description

un wxpython <none> (no description
available)
Why don't I have a version number and
I still have my old release.
Any help please.
