However, it's unlikely that anyone you can communicate with at your ISP
will have the foggiest idea what NTP is.  ISP's often run an NTP server on
their nameservers and that's worth a try, but there's no way to tell for
sure where they've put it.

Better to use pool.ntp.otg.  It's intended for general public use.  As the
name implies, it's a pool of servers.  See the Web site for details.
