If you've allowed remote system access, then:
http://somehost/dwww/
...should work.
Note that because dwww reveals the contents of /usr/share/doc/, it's
possible for a remote user to determine software installed on your
system, and possibly, mount an attack on a known vulnerability. Some
people avoid such information leakage.
