Hi, the only thing you have to do is boot up with your debian install cd
(cd1) and boot up your current / partition.
run "lilo" and it back as your boot loader.

That is true if you use lilo as boot loader, you dont say here. Anyway
lilo is the best loader when dualbooting with windoze.
