Especially the line with "XkbLayout" is important to get AZERTY.
FYI, the Belgian Howto (http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Belgian-HOWTO/)
contains lots of information on how to configure Linux in Belgium. It's
not Debian-specific though.
