Kernel can't find my CDROM on Asus P4P800-x Mobo

Hi everyone,


My work computer is upgraded and i newly see that the cdrom drive is not
found. My mobo is Asus P4P800-X hard driver is on SATA channel i can't
try the system on an other installed Linux distro, but on Knoppix the
CDROM drive works very well (as expected) :)

So what should i do to get my CDROM drive work?
