Testing will not change. The way it will look from the point of view of a
user is that a frozen copy of Testing will be created and the names 'Sarge'
and 'Stable' pointed to it. The name 'Etch' will be pointed to Testing.
Thus if you are tracking Stable you will get abruptly upgraded. If you are
tracking Woody nothing will happen.
