I know nothing or ftp.fsn.hu. But, I know that backports maintains a fairly
recent 2.4 kernel for Woody (2.4.26, in this case). Add this to your sources:
deb http://www.backports.org/debian stable kernel-2.4
That should get you what you want. You can also get a kernel-source package
from Sarge or Sid and build one yourself.
