kernel-2.4.24 or newer for Woody

Hello!

I would like to get from somewhere the kernel-2.4.24 or newer for Woody.

I do the following:
- edit the file /etc/apt/sources.list:
  deb ftp://ftp.fsn.hu/debian woody-proposed-updates main contrib non-free
- apt-get update
- apt-cache search kernel-tree

but I get nothing! 

In the past, this steps (and a few more) were sufficient to get the 
kernel-source-2.4.24. Why is not nowadays?
