Hi Hervé,
I'm french as you but i will even answer to you in english because of this user-list.
So. I've got the problem in kde 3.3 with "<" & ">" keys that did not appear when typing.
I could get them by typing unbelievable keys combination.
I solved this by passing from 104 to 105 keys keyboard.
