On the off chance - have you restarted Mozilla in this account since
upgrading?
I had a somewhat similar error when trying to "File" a bookmark. My
first thought was "Uh-oh", but it occurred to me that _this" Mozilla was
running when I upgraded. I closed out Mozilla and restarted it and all
worked well.
