You have several issues that can all be resolved by going to the main Apache 
web site and reading/searching for the answers to all of these questions. I 
am certain of this because I did it last year.
If you are maintaining a web site for someone else I suggest you do NOT 
attempt to manage Apache2 with Webmin. It does not have a module currently 
and I doubt that it will anytime soon. Apache2 is simply too 'different' in 
many ways to attempt to answer all of your questions at one time.
The one thing I can tell you is that once you understand the process of doing 
the things you want ..Apache2 is very easy to manage.
