That's incorrect, and that's one of the flaws of rdepends.
The dependency is one of the three. But the suggests are
complicated.
Speaking back to the general list,
I've decided to go with atlas3-base and atlas3-sse2.
Am I correct in my assumptions that:
1) atlas3-sse is unnecessary if you have a P4 and atlas3-sse2,
and
2) atlas3-sse2 performs a superset of the functionality
of lapack3 and refblas3
and
3) atlas3-sse3 performs faster than lapack3 and refblas3.
When I say "superset" I mean in a non-strict sense.
The same functions or more.
