I have that on my MB also, using the b44 module compiled into a 2.6.7
kernel.  Runs at 100 Mbps, full duplex:

from dmesg:

b44.c:v0.94 (May 4, 2004)
eth0: Broadcom 4400 10/100BaseT Ethernet 00:0c:76:62:c5:89
...
b44: eth0: Link is down.
b44: eth0: Link is up at 100 Mbps, full duplex.
b44: eth0: Flow control is on for TX and on for RX.
...

It's tied into a LynkSys switch.
