Yes. PATA on PDC20267 is not supported by 2.6.10 libata. Get the patches in
the libata-dev queue. They're available at
http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/jgarzik/libata/2.6.10-bk9-libata-dev1.patch.bz2
