I removed all old versions of gcc. I only kept gcc-3.3
The error persists, but when I move /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-linux/2.8.1 directory, everything goes back normal. (at least gcc -v works :)

But when I tried to recompile a kernel that had compiled well a couple of months ago (same config used), I got another error... Since this config worked before, I still believe it is gcc related. Here's the error message :
include/linux/kernel.h:71: error: parse error before "va_list"
include/linux/kernel.h:71: warning: function declaration isn't a prototype
