I have a working system (with md0 raid array) ;)
The 2.6.8-1-386 kernel didn't seem to play with mdadm/raid properly but
2.6.8-1-686 works fine ;)
I have one remaining problem. The two servers are dual processor and the
smp kernels seem to barf at ACPI - I filed a bug report:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=286118
but the smp problem persists ;(
However, I'm a happy bunny 'cos the servers are working a treat;)
