Use debian-user, not debian-www for this question. What you need to to is "apt-get install x-window-system". You also probably want a desktop environment. For that do either "apt-get install gnome gdm" or "apt-get install kde kdm". Use google to find out the differences between gnome and kde. Finally, even though you are new too linux, that is irrelevant to your question.
