You don't need to do this.  Run 'apt-cdrom', if you haven't already, to
tell APT have have packages on the CD-ROM(s); 'man apt-cdrom' if you need.

After you tell APT about the CD-ROM(s), your command will work.  Then
you can use aptitude instead of apt-get.
