Hi,

I am very well aware of the 'ls -U' option. Actually,
what I wanted was for mkisofs to preserve the same
directory order as displayed by 'ls -U'! I reckon
that is the same order that is returned by the system
call which provides the listing of the directory.

Anyway, judging from other replies, it seems that
the ISO9660 standard dictates that files should be
listed alphabetically -- what I wanted is just not
possible.

Thanks for your reply!
Cheers,
Jean
