Absolutely not, the Radeon 9000 (RV250) is now considered a low-end
graphic card, but if you don't need to run Doom3 i think is good
enough, don't need a fan to run and has IMHO a good 2D quality.
Another pro is the 3D support by XFree86 without proprietary binary
drivers.
