I found that the following is the default setting:
APT::Clean-Installed "true";
 
It cannot meet my needs, for instance, I installed the package "screen"
but after installation,
/var/cache/apt/archives/screen_4.0.2-4_i386.deb still exists.

> DSELECT::Clean auto;

Sorry, I only use apt-get and aptitude :-)
