Hi Courtney,
I had the same problem:  with the XBL binding for firefox.  I am using 
windows XP, but I don't think it matters if you are using a windows 
based system.  what is happening is the extensions you are using are 
incorrect.  iIf you use the instructions on this site (use this link to 
get there), everything will be ok.
