problem in proxy authorization for apt-get

I face  problem in proxy authorization for apt get.
Error I get in  apt-get update is "407 Proxy Authentication Required ..."

I use a corporate proxy on which I have login
and password but how to set it for apt-get. I have tried
few options but dont work.
