Hmm, not sure. I don't actually think so since it's not realy an interface
configuration option is it, it's a tool that you run (list, please correct me if
I'm wrong).
However, you can always put it in the /etc/init.d/networking file. Just add it
to
the relevant section (start, force-reload, restart).
