Say, do you have the configured kernel source somethere on the disc? At least sd.h, scsi.h,... belong to the kernel source. And a module is compiled against the kernel. Do you find something like /usr/src/linux in the makefile? And is there a /usr/src/linux on your system? Shade and sweet water!
