KDE color setting inheriting (was: How to set pan's color)

Oops, spoke too soon. It only works under KDE. Switching from KDE to my
fluxbox, all those color settings are gone. 

Is there any way for other WMs (e.g., fluxbox) to inherit KDE's color
setting?
